Users must use Payperlead lawfully, responsibly and in a way that does not harm other users, lead subjects, Payperlead or third parties.
2. Permitted Use
Users may use Payperlead for legitimate activities including:
- browsing available lead opportunities;
- reviewing lead previews;
- purchasing eligible leads;
- accessing purchased leads;
- saving leads for later review;
- using Payperlead Wallet credits;
- submitting legitimate complaints;
- contacting support;
- managing their account.
3. Lawful Use
Users must use Payperlead only for lawful purposes.
Users must not use Payperlead or purchased lead information in violation of any applicable law, regulation, court order or lawful authority requirement.
4. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for activity conducted through their Payperlead account.
Users should:
- provide accurate registration information;
- keep account credentials secure;
- avoid sharing passwords unnecessarily;
- report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
5. Multiple Accounts
Payperlead may permit a user or business to maintain more than one account.
Multiple accounts must not be used to:
- bypass purchase restrictions;
- purchase the same lead repeatedly;
- manipulate buyer limits;
- obtain improper wallet credits;
- abuse complaint mechanisms;
- evade an account restriction or suspension.
6. Purchased Lead Use
Purchased lead information may be used only for legitimate business purposes connected with the relevant enquiry.
Users must comply with the Lead Purchase & Usage Policy when accessing or using purchased information.
7. No Lead Resale
Users must not resell purchased lead information.
This includes:
- selling individual leads;
- selling lead databases;
- listing Payperlead leads on another marketplace;
- providing purchased data to brokers for resale;
- commercially redistributing purchased lead information.
8. No Unauthorised Sharing
Users must not share purchased lead information with unrelated third parties.
Reasonable internal access may be permitted within the purchasing business where personnel genuinely require the information to respond to the relevant enquiry.
9. Privacy and Personal Information
Users must treat purchased personal information responsibly.
Users must not:
- publish private lead information publicly;
- upload purchased leads to public databases;
- disclose contact information on social media;
- use lead information for identity theft;
- use personal information for unlawful purposes.
10. Contact Practices
Buyers should contact leads professionally and only in connection with the relevant enquiry.
Users should avoid:
- excessive calling;
- harassment;
- threatening communications;
- misleading representations;
- unreasonable follow-up frequency;
- continued contact contrary to applicable requirements.
11. Identity and Representation
Users must not impersonate:
- Payperlead;
- Payperlead Technology;
- another buyer;
- another business;
- another individual;
- a government or regulatory authority.
Buyers must not falsely claim to be employed by or officially representing Payperlead.
12. Fraudulent Activity
Users must not use Payperlead to commit or facilitate fraud.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- fraudulent payments;
- stolen payment methods;
- fake identities;
- fabricated complaint evidence;
- false refund requests;
- other deceptive conduct.
13. Complaint Abuse
Users must submit complaints in good faith.
Users must not:
- knowingly claim a valid phone number is invalid;
- fabricate call logs;
- alter screenshots to obtain credits;
- submit repeated false complaints;
- misrepresent contact outcomes.
14. Wallet Abuse
Users must not attempt to manipulate the Payperlead Wallet through:
- duplicate credits;
- fraudulent complaint activity;
- technical exploitation;
- account manipulation;
- other unauthorised methods.
15. Payment Abuse
Users must not knowingly misuse payment or chargeback mechanisms.
This includes initiating false payment disputes or chargebacks for valid, properly delivered orders.
Nothing in this clause prevents a user from exercising a legitimate payment dispute right available under applicable law.
16. Platform Security
Users must not interfere with the security or operation of Payperlead.
Prohibited activities include:
- attempting unauthorised access;
- probing for system vulnerabilities without permission;
- circumventing authentication controls;
- tampering with checkout processes;
- attempting to access another user's account;
- attempting to access protected lead information without purchase.
17. Scraping and Automated Extraction
Users must not use automated tools, scripts, bots or similar systems to systematically extract Payperlead marketplace data without prior authorisation.
This includes attempts to:
- scrape lead previews;
- extract category databases;
- harvest protected information;
- circumvent purchase controls;
- copy substantial portions of marketplace content.
18. Malicious Code
Users must not introduce:
- viruses;
- malware;
- ransomware;
- malicious scripts;
- harmful code;
- other technology intended to damage or interfere with Payperlead.
19. User-Submitted Content
Where Payperlead allows users to submit descriptions, complaints, evidence or other content, users must ensure that the material:
- is relevant;
- is accurate to the best of their knowledge;
- does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights;
- does not contain malicious code;
- does not contain unlawful or abusive material.
20. Complaint Evidence
Evidence uploaded in connection with a complaint must relate to the complaint and must not be deliberately false or manipulated.
21. Spam and Unsolicited Activity
Purchased lead information must not be used as a general source for indiscriminate spam.
Buyers should contact leads only in a manner reasonably related to the original enquiry and consistent with applicable communication rules.
22. Harassment and Abuse
Payperlead must not be used to harass, threaten, intimidate or abuse any person.
23. Unlawful Products or Services
Users must not use purchased lead information to promote, facilitate or sell products or services that are unlawful under applicable law.
24. Misleading Conduct
Buyers must not make false or misleading claims when contacting a lead.
This includes misleading statements regarding:
- price;
- approval;
- eligibility;
- guaranteed outcomes;
- business identity;
- relationship with Payperlead.
25. Platform Content
Users must not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit substantial Payperlead website content, branding, software or marketplace materials without permission, except where permitted by law.
26. Enforcement
If Payperlead reasonably believes a user has violated this Policy, it may take appropriate action.
Depending on the seriousness of the violation, this may include:
- warning the user;
- removing access to certain functionality;
- restricting complaint access;
- restricting wallet functionality;
- suspending the account;
- terminating the account;
- taking other action available under applicable law.
27. Investigation
Payperlead may review available account, order, complaint or platform information when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected misuse.
28. Reporting Misuse
Users or lead subjects who become aware of suspected misuse of Payperlead information may report the issue to Payperlead.
29. Changes to this Policy
Payperlead may update this Acceptable Use Policy as platform functionality, security needs or applicable requirements change.
