Payperlead Policies

Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account, accessing the platform or purchasing a lead from Payperlead.

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Payperlead website, platform, services, account and lead marketplace.

Payperlead is operated by Payperlead Technology, a proprietorship business having its business address at Lowapur, Dwarnary, Bardhaman - 713403, West Bengal, India.

By registering for an account, accessing the platform, purchasing a lead or otherwise using Payperlead, you agree to these Terms and the other applicable policies published on the platform.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not create an account or purchase leads through Payperlead.

2. About Payperlead

Payperlead operates a digital lead marketplace through which users can browse and purchase business lead opportunities.

Payperlead may generate or collect leads through multiple permitted sources, including:

  • Payperlead websites and enquiry forms;
  • digital advertising campaigns;
  • social media campaigns;
  • telecalling activities;
  • offline campaigns and events; and
  • other lawful lead-generation activities.

Lead information available before purchase may be limited, masked or protected. Additional information may become available to the buyer only after successful purchase.

3. User Accounts

Users may be required to create an account before purchasing leads or accessing certain Payperlead services.

Registration information may include the user's name, email address and mobile number.

Users are responsible for providing accurate registration information and maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.

Multiple accounts may be permitted. However, creating or using multiple accounts to manipulate purchases, bypass restrictions, misuse promotions, commit fraud or otherwise abuse the platform is prohibited.

Payperlead may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where it reasonably believes that the account is being used for:

  • fraudulent activity;
  • payment abuse;
  • unauthorised sharing or resale of leads;
  • misuse of Payperlead services;
  • circumvention of platform restrictions; or
  • violation of these Terms or applicable law.

4. Lead Information

Each lead may contain information relevant to the applicable lead category. The information available will vary depending on the type of lead and the fields configured for that category.

Payperlead may display selected information as a public preview before purchase while protecting or masking sensitive or purchase-only information.

Buyers should review the available preview, category, price, availability and other displayed information before completing a purchase.

5. Lead Verification

Payperlead may review or verify leads before making them available for purchase.

A "Verified" indication means that Payperlead has completed the verification process applicable to that lead at the relevant time.

Verification does not constitute a guarantee that the lead will respond, remain interested, purchase the buyer's product or service, qualify for a particular service or result in any commercial transaction.

6. Shared Leads and Buyer Limits

Unless expressly identified as exclusive, leads available through Payperlead may be sold to more than one buyer.

The applicable maximum buyer limit or remaining availability may be displayed on the website before purchase.

Once the applicable buyer limit has been reached, the lead may become unavailable or be marked as sold out.

Purchasing a lead does not automatically give the buyer exclusive rights to that lead.

7. Lead Purchases

A purchase is considered completed after Payperlead receives or verifies successful payment and the relevant order is successfully recorded by the platform.

A user may not purchase the same lead more than once through the same account.

Payperlead may temporarily reserve lead availability during checkout to prevent the applicable buyer limit from being exceeded.

A temporary checkout reservation does not constitute a completed purchase. If payment is not completed within the permitted checkout period, the reservation may expire and the lead may become available to another buyer.

8. Pricing

The price applicable to a lead will be displayed before purchase.

Payperlead may offer regular prices, discounted prices, promotional prices or other pricing arrangements from time to time.

The price displayed as payable at checkout will be the customer's final payable price, subject to any correction required by applicable law or a clearly identified technical/pricing error.

Payperlead Technology is currently not registered under GST. Accordingly, Payperlead will not represent an amount as GST or issue a GST tax invoice unless and until applicable registration requirements are satisfied.

Payperlead may change prices and discounts prospectively. A later price change will not alter the price of a purchase already successfully completed.

9. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateway providers using payment methods made available by the applicable gateway.

Depending on gateway availability, payment methods may include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets or other supported payment methods.

Payperlead does not require customers to provide Payperlead with sensitive authentication credentials such as a UPI PIN, card CVV or online banking password.

Payment processing may be subject to the terms, security controls and processing requirements of the applicable payment service provider or financial institution.

10. Payment Failure or Amount Debited

If an amount is debited from the customer's payment method but the order is not successfully confirmed, Payperlead may investigate the transaction using the available payment gateway and transaction records.

Depending on the verified transaction status, Payperlead may:

  • confirm and restore the successful order;
  • assist with the applicable payment reversal or refund process; or
  • take another appropriate corrective action.

Bank and payment gateway processing timelines may apply to reversals or failed-payment refunds.

11. Successful Payment but Lead Not Unlocked

If payment is successfully completed but the purchased lead is not unlocked or displayed because of a technical error, Payperlead will investigate the transaction.

After verification, Payperlead may, depending on the circumstances:

  • restore or unlock the original purchased lead;
  • provide an appropriate replacement lead; or
  • provide an appropriate refund or wallet credit.

12. Cancellation

Because purchased lead information is a digital product that may be revealed or made accessible immediately after successful purchase, completed lead purchases generally cannot be cancelled merely because the buyer changes their mind.

Nothing in this clause limits any remedy or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

13. Lead Complaint Eligibility

Payperlead provides a limited complaint mechanism for purchased leads.

Under the current lead-quality policy, a lead-quality complaint is eligible for consideration where the provided phone number is invalid or wrong.

A complaint must be submitted within 1 day of purchase.

Complaints submitted outside the applicable complaint window may be rejected, subject to applicable law.

14. Non-Eligible Lead Outcomes

A lead is not considered invalid merely because the buyer does not achieve the desired business outcome.

Where the supplied phone number is valid, the following situations ordinarily do not qualify for a lead-quality refund or replacement:

  • the person does not answer the call;
  • the phone is temporarily busy or unreachable;
  • the person is no longer interested;
  • the person changes their mind;
  • the buyer is unable to schedule an appointment;
  • the buyer cannot convert the lead;
  • the buyer does not generate revenue from the lead; or
  • the buyer's product or service is rejected by the lead.

15. Complaint Verification

Buyers may initially submit an eligible complaint without attaching evidence unless the complaint form requires it.

During verification, Payperlead may request reasonable supporting information, including call logs, screenshots or other evidence necessary to evaluate whether the provided number is invalid or wrong.

Failure to provide reasonably requested information may prevent Payperlead from completing the complaint review.

16. Complaint Resolution

Payperlead aims to review and resolve eligible lead-quality complaints within 24 hours after submission, provided that all information reasonably required for verification is available.

Following verification of an eligible complaint, Payperlead may, depending on the circumstances:

  • provide a replacement lead; or
  • credit the eligible amount to the customer's Payperlead Wallet.

Payperlead will determine the appropriate resolution based on the verified circumstances of the complaint, subject to applicable law.

17. Payperlead Wallet

Payperlead may maintain an internal wallet facility for eligible credits or approved complaint resolutions.

Users cannot independently add or top up money into the Payperlead Wallet.

Wallet credits:

  • may be used toward eligible future lead purchases;
  • cannot ordinarily be withdrawn to a bank account or UPI;
  • cannot be transferred to another user;
  • have no cash-withdrawal value except where required by law; and
  • do not expire under the current wallet policy.

If an eligible complaint relates to a lead purchased using wallet credit, Payperlead may provide a replacement lead or restore the eligible amount to the Payperlead Wallet.

18. Access to Purchased Leads

Under the current platform policy, buyers receive ongoing access to their purchased leads through the applicable Payperlead account area.

This is referred to as lifetime account access, meaning access for so long as Payperlead continues to operate the relevant service and the user's account remains available and compliant with these Terms.

Buyers are encouraged to maintain appropriate business records of legitimately purchased leads.

19. Permitted Use of Purchased Leads

A purchased lead is licensed/provided for the purchasing customer's or purchasing business's own legitimate business use.

Buyers must use lead information responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and communication requirements.

20. No Resale or Unauthorised Sharing

Buyers must not resell, commercially redistribute, publish, sublicense, transfer or provide purchased lead information to unrelated third parties.

Purchased lead data is intended for the purchasing customer/business's own use.

Unauthorised resale or distribution may result in account suspension or termination and other action available to Payperlead under applicable law.

21. No Conversion Guarantee

Payperlead sells access to lead information and business opportunities. It does not sell or guarantee completed customers, contracts or revenue.

Payperlead does not guarantee that a lead will answer a call, remain interested, schedule an appointment, qualify for a product or service, obtain a loan or other approval, purchase anything, generate revenue or convert into a customer.

Business outcomes depend on numerous factors outside Payperlead's control, including buyer pricing, communication, follow-up, sales process, eligibility requirements, competition and the lead's subsequent decisions.

22. Invoice and Order Records

Payperlead may generate a downloadable invoice, receipt or order document after successful purchase.

Such documents will contain the business and transaction information applicable to the order.

Payperlead will not represent itself as charging GST or provide a GST tax invoice unless Payperlead is legally registered and entitled to do so.

Where Payperlead directly collects personal information through its lead-generation forms, the applicable form should provide appropriate notice regarding the purpose for which the information is being collected and used.

Where required by Payperlead's process or applicable law, the individual submitting an enquiry may be asked to provide consent permitting relevant information to be shared with businesses or service providers that may contact them in connection with the requested product or service.

Further details are provided in Payperlead's Privacy Policy and Lead Consent & Data Policy.

24. Personal Data Requests

Individuals may contact Payperlead regarding applicable requests concerning their personal information, including requests relating to deletion or further sharing, where applicable.

Where a lead has already been purchased or disclosed before such a request is received, Payperlead may review the circumstances case-by-case and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and the relevant data policy.

25. Acceptable Use

Users must not use Payperlead to:

  • commit fraud or impersonate another person;
  • access another user's account without authorisation;
  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract platform data without permission;
  • interfere with the security or operation of the platform;
  • attempt to bypass purchase or access controls;
  • use purchased data for unlawful purposes;
  • send communications prohibited by applicable law;
  • resell or unlawfully distribute purchased leads; or
  • otherwise misuse Payperlead's systems or services.

26. Platform Availability

Payperlead aims to maintain reliable platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The website or individual features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, payment gateway outages, hosting issues or events outside Payperlead's reasonable control.

27. Third-Party Services

Payperlead may rely on third-party service providers for functions such as payment processing, hosting, email delivery or other technical services.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, privacy notices and operating requirements.

28. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Payperlead will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential business losses arising solely because a purchased lead does not produce the buyer's expected commercial result.

This may include loss of anticipated profits, revenue, business opportunities, expected sales or expected conversions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits any liability, consumer remedy or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

29. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their own communications, representations, products, services and dealings with purchased leads.

Buyers must ensure that their subsequent use of lead information complies with applicable law and that they do not make unlawful, misleading, abusive or unauthorised communications.

30. Changes to Marketplace Rules

Payperlead may prospectively change lead prices, discounts, buyer limits, complaint procedures and other marketplace rules.

Unless required by applicable law or necessary to correct fraud or an obvious error, changes will not retrospectively alter the essential commercial terms of an already completed purchase.

31. Changes to These Terms

Payperlead may update these Terms when reasonably required because of changes to the platform, business practices, technology or applicable legal requirements.

The latest version will display its updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated to users where appropriate or legally required.

Continued use of the platform after an updated version becomes applicable may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

32. Suspension and Termination

Payperlead may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, lead information or Payperlead from fraud, security threats, abuse or material violations of these Terms.

Termination of an account does not automatically extinguish obligations arising from transactions completed before termination.

33. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute, claim or proceeding will be subject to the jurisdiction and dispute-resolution framework applicable under Indian law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising any statutory remedy or approaching a competent authority, commission, tribunal or court where such right is available under applicable law.

Questions, complaints or grievances concerning Payperlead may be submitted by email.
