Lead Consent & Data Policy

This policy explains how Payperlead collects lead enquiries, obtains consent, shares relevant information with buyers and handles data-related requests.

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. Overview

This Lead Consent & Data Policy explains how Payperlead Technology collects and manages personal information submitted in connection with business enquiries and how such information may be shared with eligible businesses or service providers.

This Policy should be read together with Payperlead's Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and Lead Purchase & Usage Policy.

2. Lead Generation

Payperlead may generate or collect enquiries through multiple channels, including:

  • Payperlead websites and landing pages;
  • digital advertising campaigns;
  • social media campaigns;
  • telecalling;
  • offline campaigns and events;
  • direct enquiries;
  • other lawful marketing or lead-generation activities.

3. Information Collected

The information collected depends on the category and purpose of the enquiry.

Lead information may include:

  • name;
  • mobile number;
  • email address;
  • city or locality;
  • product or service requirement;
  • requested amount or budget;
  • employment or business-related information;
  • preference information;
  • other category-specific fields;
  • information voluntarily submitted with the enquiry.

Payperlead's category fields are dynamic, so the information requested may differ between different products or services.

4. Notice at the Time of Collection

Where Payperlead collects personal information directly through an enquiry form, the form should provide a clear notice explaining the purpose of collection.

The notice should make it reasonably clear that the information may be used to:

  • process the enquiry;
  • identify relevant products or services;
  • create a business lead;
  • allow relevant businesses or service providers to contact the individual;
  • operate the Payperlead lead marketplace.

Where Payperlead collects an enquiry directly through an online lead-generation form, the individual should actively provide consent before submitting the enquiry.

A lead-generation form should not be submitted unless the individual has accepted the applicable consent statement.

Payperlead intends to use a consent mechanism such as a mandatory checkbox or other affirmative action where appropriate.

Payperlead lead-generation forms may use wording substantially similar to the following:

By submitting this enquiry, I agree that Payperlead Technology may collect and use the information provided by me to process my request and may share relevant details with selected businesses or service providers who may contact me regarding the product or service I have requested. I acknowledge the Privacy Policy and understand that I may contact Payperlead regarding my data preferences.

The precise wording may be adjusted depending on the lead category, collection channel or applicable legal requirement.

7. Purpose of Processing

Lead information may be processed for purposes including:

  • understanding the individual's enquiry;
  • categorising the enquiry;
  • reviewing or verifying the lead;
  • matching the enquiry with relevant businesses;
  • making eligible lead information available through Payperlead;
  • allowing purchased lead information to be accessed by eligible buyers;
  • handling data, support or grievance requests;
  • maintaining reasonable operational records.

8. Sharing with Relevant Businesses

Payperlead may share or provide access to lead information to businesses or service providers whose products or services are relevant to the individual's enquiry.

Such businesses may contact the individual regarding the relevant requirement.

Payperlead does not intend for purchased lead information to be used for unrelated or unlawful purposes.

9. Multiple Buyers

Unless a lead is expressly represented as exclusive, Payperlead may provide the same enquiry to more than one eligible buyer.

Sharing is subject to the applicable maximum buyer limit configured for the lead.

Accordingly, an individual may be contacted by more than one relevant business or service provider in connection with their enquiry.

10. Protected Marketplace Preview

Payperlead may display selected non-sensitive or masked information before a lead is purchased.

Sensitive contact details and purchase-only fields may remain protected until an eligible buyer successfully purchases the lead.

Examples of protected information may include:

  • full mobile number;
  • email address;
  • full customer name;
  • other fields configured as purchase-only.

11. Permitted Buyer Use

Buyers receiving lead information through Payperlead are expected to use the information for legitimate business purposes connected with the original enquiry.

Buyers may use the information to:

  • contact the individual regarding the relevant enquiry;
  • provide information about the requested product or service;
  • assess eligibility where relevant;
  • follow up on the enquiry;
  • maintain reasonable internal business records.

12. Prohibited Buyer Use

Purchased lead data must not be used for:

  • unrelated unlawful marketing;
  • harassment;
  • fraud;
  • identity misuse;
  • public disclosure;
  • resale;
  • commercial redistribution;
  • sharing with unrelated third parties;
  • other purposes inconsistent with the original enquiry.

13. No Resale of Personal Lead Data

A Payperlead buyer receives access to lead information for its own legitimate business use.

Purchasing a lead does not give the buyer unrestricted ownership of the individual's personal information.

Buyers must not resell or independently commercialise personal lead data.

14. Withdrawal of Consent

Where processing is based on consent, an individual may contact Payperlead to request withdrawal of consent where applicable.

Requests may be submitted to:

support@payperlead.online

Withdrawal of consent may affect Payperlead's ability to continue processing or sharing the enquiry.

15. Request to Stop Further Sharing

An individual may ask Payperlead to stop further marketplace sharing of their lead information, where applicable.

Following a valid request, Payperlead may:

  • disable the lead from future marketplace purchases;
  • remove it from active availability;
  • restrict further sharing while the request is reviewed;
  • take other appropriate action.

16. Deletion Requests

Individuals may contact Payperlead to request deletion of personal information associated with their enquiry, where applicable.

Payperlead will review deletion requests based on:

  • the nature of the information;
  • the purpose for which it was collected;
  • whether the lead remains active;
  • whether the information has already been provided to buyers;
  • applicable legal or record-retention requirements.

17. Lead Already Purchased

If an individual's lead has already been purchased by one or more buyers before Payperlead receives a withdrawal, deletion or restriction request, Payperlead will review the matter case-by-case.

Depending on the circumstances, Payperlead may:

  • stop future sales of the lead;
  • remove the lead from active marketplace availability;
  • communicate appropriate instructions where necessary;
  • take other reasonable steps required by applicable law.

Information already lawfully provided to another party may also exist within that party's own systems and may be subject to that party's legal responsibilities.

18. Correction and Updating

Individuals may contact Payperlead where they believe their personal information is inaccurate, incomplete or needs to be updated.

Payperlead may request reasonable information to verify the request before making changes.

19. Identity Verification for Data Requests

Payperlead may take reasonable steps to verify the identity of a person submitting a privacy or data request.

This helps prevent unauthorised persons from deleting, changing or obtaining another individual's information.

20. Retention

Payperlead may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for:

  • processing the enquiry;
  • operating the lead marketplace;
  • maintaining transaction or complaint records;
  • responding to data requests;
  • preventing misuse;
  • meeting applicable legal requirements.

Information should not be retained indefinitely without a legitimate operational or legal reason.

21. Security of Lead Information

Payperlead takes reasonable measures intended to protect lead information from unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure.

Measures may include:

  • protected purchase-only fields;
  • authentication controls;
  • restricted buyer access;
  • account-based access to purchased leads;
  • reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

22. Buyer Security Responsibilities

Once a buyer receives purchased lead information, the buyer must take reasonable steps to keep the information secure.

Buyers should not:

  • leave exported lead files publicly accessible;
  • share account credentials;
  • publish lead information;
  • provide unrestricted access to unnecessary personnel.

23. Telecalling and Communications

Where lead information is used for telephone or electronic communication, buyers are responsible for ensuring their communication practices comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Buyers should respect clear requests from individuals who no longer wish to receive communications.

24. Unrelated Marketing

An enquiry submitted for one category should not be treated as unrestricted consent for unrelated marketing activity.

Buyers should use purchased lead information in connection with the relevant product or service request unless another lawful basis or valid consent independently permits another use.

25. Children's Information

Payperlead's lead marketplace is primarily intended for ordinary commercial and service enquiries.

Where information relating to a child is collected or processed, Payperlead will handle such information according to applicable legal requirements, including any requirement concerning parental or guardian consent.

26. Data Complaints

An individual who believes their enquiry information has been improperly collected, shared or used may contact Payperlead.

Payperlead may investigate the complaint and take appropriate corrective action where necessary.

27. Changes to this Policy

Payperlead may update this Policy where necessary because of changes to:

  • lead-generation methods;
  • consent mechanisms;
  • marketplace functionality;
  • buyer-access rules;
  • applicable legal requirements.

The latest version will display the applicable last-updated date.
