Payperlead Wallet Policy

This policy explains how Payperlead Wallet credits work, how they may be used and the restrictions that apply to wallet balances.

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. Overview

Payperlead may provide an internal wallet facility called the Payperlead Wallet.

The Wallet is intended primarily for eligible credits issued by Payperlead, including approved complaint resolutions.

The Wallet is not intended to operate as a general-purpose banking account, payment account or transferable cash balance.

2. Purpose of the Wallet

The Payperlead Wallet may be used to:

  • receive eligible complaint-related credits;
  • apply available wallet balance toward future lead purchases;
  • support other Payperlead-issued credits where specifically permitted in the future.

3. No User Top-Up

Users cannot currently add or deposit money directly into the Payperlead Wallet.

Wallet balances are created only when Payperlead issues an eligible credit.

4. Complaint-Related Wallet Credits

Where Payperlead approves an eligible lead-quality complaint, Payperlead may choose to resolve the complaint by:

  • providing a replacement lead; or
  • crediting the eligible amount to the Payperlead Wallet.

The resolution is determined by Payperlead based on the verified circumstances of the complaint.

5. Eligible Credit Amount

Any complaint-related wallet credit will ordinarily be based on the eligible amount actually paid for the relevant lead.

Where a discounted lead was purchased, the eligible amount will ordinarily be calculated using the actual purchase price rather than the undiscounted original price.

6. Using Wallet Balance

Available Payperlead Wallet balance may be used toward eligible future lead purchases through the Payperlead platform.

Where wallet balance is less than the order amount, the platform may allow the wallet balance to be applied first and the remaining amount to be paid through the supported payment gateway.

7. Wallet Payment Example

If a lead costs ₹1,000 and the user has ₹300 available in the Payperlead Wallet, Payperlead may apply ₹300 from the wallet and require the remaining ₹700 through an available online payment method.

8. Wallet Balance is Non-Withdrawable

Payperlead Wallet credits are not ordinarily withdrawable as cash.

Wallet balance cannot normally be transferred to:

  • a bank account;
  • UPI;
  • a debit or credit card;
  • a third-party digital wallet;
  • another Payperlead user.

The Wallet is intended only for eligible Payperlead platform purchases, except where another treatment is required by applicable law.

9. No User-to-User Transfer

Users cannot transfer Payperlead Wallet balance to another Payperlead account.

Wallet credits are linked to the account to which Payperlead issued the credit.

10. Wallet Balance Expiry

Under the current Payperlead Wallet policy, wallet credits do not expire.

The balance may remain available until:

  • it is used for an eligible Payperlead purchase;
  • an adjustment is required because of a verified error;
  • the account or Wallet is affected by fraud or misuse;
  • another treatment is required by applicable law.

11. Purchases Made Using Wallet Balance

Leads purchased using Payperlead Wallet balance remain subject to the same lead purchase, usage and complaint rules as leads purchased through other permitted payment methods.

12. Approved Complaint on a Wallet Purchase

If a lead purchased partly or fully using wallet balance receives an approved eligible complaint, Payperlead may:

  • provide an appropriate replacement lead; or
  • restore the eligible amount to the Payperlead Wallet.

13. Allocation of Wallet Balance

Where Payperlead permits combined wallet and online payment, available wallet balance may be applied to the order according to the platform's checkout logic.

The applicable wallet amount and remaining payable amount may be displayed before payment confirmation.

14. Insufficient Wallet Balance

If wallet balance is insufficient to fully pay for an order, the remaining amount must be paid through another supported payment method where combined payment is available.

15. Full Wallet Payment

Where the available wallet balance is sufficient to cover the full eligible order amount, Payperlead may allow the order to be completed entirely using wallet balance.

The purchase will still be treated as a completed lead purchase and will remain subject to all relevant Payperlead policies.

16. No Interest or Financial Return

Payperlead Wallet balance does not earn interest, investment return or any other financial return.

Wallet credits represent internal Payperlead credits for eligible platform usage only.

17. Promotional Wallet Credits

Payperlead has not currently finalised a general promotional wallet-credit programme.

If promotional or bonus credits are introduced in the future, Payperlead may publish separate conditions applicable to those credits.

Such conditions may differ from complaint-related wallet credits.

18. Wallet Errors

Payperlead may investigate and correct a wallet balance where there is a verified:

  • duplicate credit;
  • incorrect credit amount;
  • technical error;
  • duplicate debit;
  • system reconciliation issue;
  • other wallet-processing error.

Payperlead may make a reasonable account adjustment necessary to correct the verified error.

19. Fraud and Misuse

Users must not attempt to obtain wallet credits through:

  • false complaints;
  • fabricated evidence;
  • payment abuse;
  • duplicate-account manipulation;
  • technical exploitation;
  • fraudulent transactions;
  • other misuse of Payperlead systems.

Where Payperlead reasonably identifies misuse, it may take appropriate action, including:

  • reversing an improper wallet credit;
  • restricting wallet functionality;
  • restricting complaint functionality;
  • suspending the account;
  • terminating the account;
  • taking other action available under applicable law.

20. Account Suspension or Termination

Where an account is suspended or terminated because of fraud, abuse or a material violation of Payperlead's Terms, access to wallet functionality may also be restricted.

Any treatment of remaining wallet credits will depend on the reason for the restriction and applicable law.

21. Technical Availability

Payperlead aims to keep wallet functionality available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Wallet functionality may temporarily be unavailable because of:

  • maintenance;
  • system upgrades;
  • technical errors;
  • database or infrastructure issues;
  • security measures;
  • other events outside Payperlead's reasonable control.

22. Wallet Transaction Records

Payperlead may maintain wallet transaction records showing activity such as:

  • credits;
  • order debits;
  • adjustments;
  • complaint references;
  • order references;
  • transaction dates and amounts.

Such records may be made available through the user's account where supported by the platform.

23. Changes to this Wallet Policy

Payperlead may update this Wallet Policy prospectively where necessary because of:

  • changes to platform functionality;
  • changes to complaint procedures;
  • new wallet features;
  • security requirements;
  • changes in applicable law or regulation.

The latest version will display the applicable updated date.
